NURSING
HOMES NOTIFIED THAT THEY ARE SUBJECT TO FINES
(6/15/01 - 9/15/01) The State notified twenty nursing homes that they are
subject to a fine and must post a "Notice of Enforcement".
Nursing homes are also required to post the most recent survey
results.
All
information on enforcements was obtained from the State Department
of Health for publication. No assurance can be given, and
